  • “Services” refers to the in-home child development services provided by Growing Minds Academy, including sensory development, swing-based movement sessions, and specialized support.

2. Service Agreement

Our services are offered to children aged 0-10 years. By engaging our services, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Booking and Payment

  1. Bookings for sessions must be made in advance through our designated channels (phone, email, or website form).
  2. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and cash.
  3. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  4. Full payment is due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer an alternative session or a refund.

5. Conduct and Safety

  1. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for your child. We expect parents/guardians to ensure that their child is in good health and suitable for the sessions.
  2. Our staff are trained to handle children with care and professionalism. However, parents/guardians are ultimately responsible for their child’s behavior and safety during the sessions.
  3. We reserve the right to terminate a session if a child’s behavior is disruptive or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Growing Minds Academy and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your child, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during our sessions, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
